Crossfit 6-29-09 - Elements

This was my first workout in a long time. I enjoyed the first session. It was a bit harder than I thought it would be. I need to work on my cardio big time.

Workout:

  • 500 Meter Row
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 30 Squats
  • 20 Push ups
  • 20 Jump Pull ups

Time: 9:50
