Workout:
  • Warmup - 800 meter run

  • Station Rotation -
  • 15 Kettle Bell
  • 15 Push Ups
  • 15 Lunges with weight overhead
  • 15 Wall Balls

  • 200 meter row / 300 meter row / 400 meter row / 100 meter row
  • 10 pull ups / 15 pull ups / 20 pull ups / 10 pull ups

  • 400 meter run
