Workout:
- Warmup
- 3 sets of one arm barbell clean, each arm - x 15
- 3 sets of medicine ball squats / wall throws
- 3 sets of 400 meter sprints
- 100 seesaw situps with 6lb medicine ball ( I only finished becuase the lady i was partnered with was making me look bad)
Time: I have no idea. I didn't even complete all the reps. This was a tough workout.
