- Standing Kettle Bell Rows - 3 sets of 10 @ 20lbs per KB
- Back extensions - 3 sets of 10
- Situps on the machine 3 sets of 15 @ 75lbs
- Incline situps 3 sets of 20 @ no wieght
- Incline situps 3 sets of 15 with 25lb wieght
