Workout:
  • 800 meter run
  • Normal warmup

Finished Total workout.

  • Deadlift - 205lbs / 225lbs / 245lbs
  • Total (Squat / Press / Deadlift): 545lbs

Extra workout - 70% of press for 10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 of:

  • Back squats
  • Press
  • Deadlifts

Time: I got to round 6 in 10 minute cutoff

  2. ~ 175 - 178. These are my first PR's, so didn't know where to start... My squats are really weak, but hey, that's why i'm doing this.
