Crossfit 1-13-10 WOD(no name)

Workout:
  • Warmup + run to the end of road, close to 1 mile
Amwrap of:
  • 9 ring dips
  • 6 pull ups
  • 3 burpees
Time: As many rounds in 20 minutes as possible.  I did 9 Rx.
