  • Incline Dumb bell @ 35lbs, 40lbs, 45lbs
Bicep Workout:

4 rounds of 9:
  • Straight Barbell curls @ 45 lbs, 55 lbs, 65 lbs, 70 lbs
  • Alternating dumbell curls
  • Concentration Curls
