Crossfit 1-4-10 WOD (Angie)

Workout
  • Warmup
  • 100 each of: Push Ups / Sit Ups / Squats / Pull Ups

Time: 20 minutes.  I didn't finish the pull ups.  I got ~ 20 of them.

This was my first workout since mid December.
