Crossfit 8-10-10 WOD (Elizabeth)

Workout:
  • Warmup, with prisoner squats and kart wheels - it's been a while since i've done a kart wheel
Elizabeth -

1st Round:
  • 21 Cleans @ 135lbs (Rx)
  • 21 Ring Dips
2nd Round:
  • 15 Cleans @ 135lbs (Rx)
  • 15 Ring Dips
Now, what I did? Weak. I started at Rx and quickly dropped weight, barely got to second round.
