Crossfit 8-19-10 WOD(No Name)

Workout:

  • Warmup: Kart Wheels, normal warmup, 400M run (I normally come in 3/15 each time)
1 Rounds for time:
  • 45 Toes to Bar
  • 30 Floor Benchpress @ 80lbs
  • 100M Lunges @ 80lbs
  • 45 Toes to Bar
