Crossfit 9/28/2010 WOD(Cindy)

Workout:
  • Warmup
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Lunges
Time: 13 complete Rx rounds

I'm getting better at pull ups.
