Crossfit 10-20-2009 WOD (Nate)

Workout:
  • Warmup
Original workout:
  • 2 Muscle Ups
  • 4 Hand Stand Push Ups
  • 8 2 pood KB swings
What we did:
  • 4 Ring Dips
  • 4 Pullups
  • 4 Hand Stand Push Ups
  • 8 2 poobs KB swings
Time: As many rounds as you can in 20 minutes, I got 5 rounds and a bit more
