Chest Workout:

  • Flat Bench
  • Incline Bench
  • Cable Crosses
Bicep Workout:

3 rounds of 9:
  • Barbell curls
  • Alternating dumbell curls
  • Dumbell concentration curls
~ 200 jump ropes
