Crossfit 8-12-2009 - WOD (No Name)

Workout:
  • Warmup

This was a different warmup, consisted of:

  • 800 meter run
  • Push ups
  • Squats
  • 15 Turkish get ups @ 1 pood

3 Rounds of:

  • 500 meter row
  • 10 manmakers @ 30lbs

Time: 20:00 min

  3. Those man makers look rugged! Like a burpee from hell.

    Yeah, my running isn't so hot at the moment, but that's changing slowly but steadily.
