Did animal movements outside on the assfault, tore up the hands and discovered I'm not near as agile as a rabbit, or a spider...

thats pretty good! what are 400m burpees? i did dead lift yesterday and ripped a callous. it was way too hot. i guess maui spoiled me. i felt like i was gonna faint.
