Crossfit 8-3-2009 - WOD (Fight Gone Bad)

Workout:
  • Warmup
  • Wall Balls @ 20lb
  • Push Presses @ 95lb
  • Rows
  • Box Jumps
  • SDLHP's @ 75

Result: 128

My result was pretty low, I'd say because I'm still recovering from Friday's workout.

  2. That work out kicked my ass.


    After I did the workout, i was helping count reps yesterday. We had this one guy that was doing the PP like he was doing jumping jacks. Made me sick i tell ya.

    I sucked at Rowing and SDHP. PP took it out of me for rowing, then wallballs zapped all i had for SDHP. I ended up really making up some ground on box jumps. I was shooting for >180 with a strecth goal of ~200 so 181 wasnt too bad. I think by the numbers to break 200 you have to rock like 17 at each station on average.
