After I did the workout, i was helping count reps yesterday. We had this one guy that was doing the PP like he was doing jumping jacks. Made me sick i tell ya.
181 I sucked at Rowing and SDHP. PP took it out of me for rowing, then wallballs zapped all i had for SDHP. I ended up really making up some ground on box jumps. I was shooting for >180 with a strecth goal of ~200 so 181 wasnt too bad. I think by the numbers to break 200 you have to rock like 17 at each station on average.
